Job Description

Impossible Marketing is starting a brand-new social channel and we are looking for project lead (x2) to spearhead this project!

The project lead must be able to write compelling content and have strong social media experience to grow the channel. He or she will be responsible for the creation of social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • A strong passion for writing
  • Great command of written English
  • Able to come up with creative and headlines
  • Able to do research independently on topics and generate unique and engaging content.
  • Able to create social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
  • Ability to strategise and distributes engaging written, graphics and video content
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various team members and external partners
  • Collects audience data and analyses interactions and visits, and use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Reports progress and discuss recommendations with the client and team members
  • Strengthens brands presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
  • Researches and monitors the activity of competing brands
  • Research the latest trends and best practices to stay up to date on social media developments and tools
  • Constantly test, optimise and analyse campaigns and projects based on specific KPIs

Requirements:

  • STRICTLY Singaporean or PR holder only
  • Possesses leadership qualities
  • Minimum 1-year experience preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Possesses self-initiative, hardworking and responsible
  • A fun, loving and outgoing personality
  • Resourceful, cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work smart in an extremely fast-paced environment
