Job Description

We're looking for someone excited and eager to become a part of our ever evolving Human Resources team. Being a part of HR in an SME gives you valuable insight into all aspects of the industry, from employee welfare to recruitment, all of which you will play a part of and have actual responsibility in here at IMAPAC.
Your roles will include:

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage the recruitment of  new talent and liaising with team managers as to their requirements.

Manage work passes, employment permit application, renewal and cancellation.

Assist with conducting of preliminary and secondary interviews

Plan and execute exciting and engaging employee welfare activities

Assist with preparation and maintenance of staff handbook, SOPs, Employee Manuals, etc.

Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, new-hire packs, induction programs, certification of employment letter, etc.

In charge of arranging and preparing awesome staff social activities

Secondary Responsibilities:

Office Administration and Management

Provide administrative and executive support to the MD

Prepare and manage staff claims

Prepare and manage monthly payments to vendors and suppliers

Manage procurement and renewal of licenses for office software, equipment and office supplies

Manage incoming mail and outgoing mail
