Key responsibilities:
- Provide Customer Support to email, Facebook enquiries and live chat.
- Order Fulfillments / Returns & Exchanges
- Warehouse Management
- Marketplaces Management (You will undergo training)
- Basic Filing & Documentation
- Manage Packers
Requirements:
- Good English & communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Good team player, excellent attitude and diligent
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skill and independent worker
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:30pm
- Able to start work immediately
- Only Singaporeans or Permanent Residents need apply
- Training will be provided
