Job Description
Job Objectives/Job Summary: Generally responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments. To perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
Responsibilities/Duties include but are not limited to:
- Preparation and posting of payment vouchers into accounting system
- Verifying and checking of staff claims
- Keying of receipt vouchers
- Maintenance of fixed asset register and posting of journal entries
