ielo design Singapore is looking for an IT intern to assist the Sales Director on scaling up the IT environment of the company to increase visibility (web), brand image (web) and productivity (CRM). The successful candidate must be an approachable team player and be open-minded, preferably interested in the design world. Obviously, he/she must be highly computer literate.
Objectives
- Create/develop the new ielodesign’s website (technically) with the help our in-house digital designers. (super simple website using templates).
- Develop and manage ielodesign’s web community – build up a perennial strategy
- Creating and maintaining project schedules to proactively identify risks and track milestones
- Foster great working relationships internally and externally
- Help the team on a day to day basis with their IT issues (divers simple IT tasks)
Position requirements
- Having a ‘can-do’ attitude, dynamic, creative, curious, self-starter, initiative driven
- Proactive thinker and problem solver
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- SEO and community management is a plus
- !!WordPress websites management knowledge
