Looking for self-starter, curious, motivated intern with mastery of Excel (VBA, macros, dashboard creation) to join the Asia Pacific Talent team. AP talent is responsible for skills, performance, engagement and workforce lifecycle.
- Work with AP and market teams (India, Korea, Asean, and Australia/New Zealand to coordinate deliverables for Fall Plan (2018 FY)
- Work with Professional Industry hiring team to conduct onboarding experiences for new joiners
- Organize and own dashboard for AP Talent metrics (headcount, attrition, learning, performance, skill level)
- Provide insight and recommendations for internal processes via external market research
- Participate in AP Talent update and team calls
- Learn about other HR functions (learning, compensation, benefits, recruiting) through shadowing opportunities
