This is a 4-6months program with intention to instill into interns, business knowledge through deployment into real-world business environments with the IBM recruitment organization.
Interns will have the opportunity to experience working for a Regional office in Singapore with opportunity to take on projects as well as operational work
Successful Applicants will be guided by mentors and practitioners in their respective field through the following fields :
On-boarding
- Create high touch experiences with candidates joining IBM
- Support on on-boarding work.
Recruitment / Talent Operations
- Management/ Implementation of candidate monitoring procedures (Excel skills)
- Run and manager Talent Operational project regionally
- Provide insights, improvements to/ help engage and improve on the recruitment programs
