Job Description

IBM Recruitment Internship Opportunity

This is a 3-6 months program with intention to instill into interns business knowledge through deployment  into real-world business environments with the IBM recruitment organization.

Interns will have the opportunity to experience working for our regional office in Singapore with opportunity to take on projects as well as operational work

Successful Applicants will be guided by mentors and practitioners in their respective field through the following fields :

Onboarding
- Create high touch experiences with candidates joining IBM
- Support on on-boarding work.
- Cooperate with recruiter on identifying the best recruitment sources

Recruitment / Professional Search / Candidate Selection
- Research and source on candidates through (prescreening, candidate pipeline)
- Create positive candidate experiences during interview process (organisation of interviews)


Recruitment Branding
- Plan and drive campus recruitment events (Go-to Team for career fairs and recruitment talks)
- Design campus publicity materials (EDMs, Brochures)

Recruitment Operations
- Management/ Implementation of candidate monitoring procedures (Excel skills)
- Provide insights, improvements to/ help engage and improve on  the recruitment programs

Talent Management
- Work with regional talent partner on program management for a talent program
