Job Description
- Manpower management
- Registration Reminder and Follow-up
- Onsite Registration Support
- Meeting coordination and minutes taking
- Guest + Speaker Management and Coordination (Flight/Hotel/Transportation)
- Coordination, quotation, proposal and full logistics arrangements (venue, AV, F&B, setup, etc.)
- Main Conference (Levels 5 & 3)
- AE Sessions (12 sessions)
- Sourcing and production of gifts and t-shirts, and vendor coordination
