Join our dynamic Sales Engineering team and gain hands-on experience in supporting product development, project coordination, and technical documentation. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to real-world projects.
Documentation Support
- Assist in creating and updating product documentation such as user manuals, specification sheets, quick guides, and catalogues using existing resources.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials for new product launches.
Project Coordination
- Support the project management team by tracking development timelines and progress for new products.
- Help maintain project schedules and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
Product Testing & Evaluation
- Participate in hands-on testing and evaluation of new products based on established standards and criteria.
- Document findings and provide feedback to the engineering team.
Marketing Material Review
- Collaborate with the marketing team to review and verify the accuracy of online product content.
- Ensure all product information is current and aligned with technical specifications.
Support Ticket Monitoring
- Assist in managing the online support system by tracking and processing support tickets.
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of issues.
Demo Stock Management
- Oversee demo units, samples, and loan stock inventory.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records for tracking purposes.
Ad-hoc Tasks
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team operations and project needs.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Engineering, Information technology, Business, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of product development and engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with documentation tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.
Others:
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months.
- Interest in technology, product development, or sales engineering is preferred.
