Our core products are eTEAMS & HRDREAMS, two standalone web services enabled applications that can be integrated together to operate seamlessly as one solution. Both eTEAMS & HRDREAMS were developed with grants of S$ 185,000 and S$ 194,000 respectively under the Innovation Development Scheme (IDS) from the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. In addition, we were given a Capability Development Grant by SPRING Singapore to configure eTEAMS as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

Job Description
  • This position is for a software engineer with a focus on development, design and quality verification of Enterprise level reports. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, working experience with Enterprise Reporting Solutions such as MS SSRS and Crystal Reports and knowledge of .Net Development programming languages (VB or C#). They should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be a team player. Attention to detail and creativity in problem solving are critical skills.
  • Contribute to the software development life cycle including understating of requirements, designing and development of reports
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation based on business and functional requirements
  • Performing peer code reviews
  • Developing and maintaining stored procedures for use in reports
  • Creating queries to provide ad-hoc reports, analysis, and datasets based on business needs
  • Troubleshooting data issues, validating result sets, performing unit testing
  • Recommending and implementing process improvements
  • Providing development estimate on projects and tasks
