Our core products are eTEAMS & HRDREAMS, two standalone web services enabled applications that can be integrated together to operate seamlessly as one solution. Both eTEAMS & HRDREAMS were developed with grants of S$ 185,000 and S$ 194,000 respectively under the Innovation Development Scheme (IDS) from the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. In addition, we were given a Capability Development Grant by SPRING Singapore to configure eTEAMS as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

Job Description
  • Define, develop and implement quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments.
  • Work directly with Project Development Team and Maintenance Team to understand project objectives and approach of software development projects.
  • Involved in Project Implementation aspects that include assisting Project Manager in the following: 
    • Creating project prototypes.
    • Preparing functional specifications leading to sign-off by clients.
    • Perform internal testing and to check, rectify and test system on program error.
    • Preparing test cases, training and user manual documentations.
    • Performing UAT with users, tracking defect log and perform impact analysis on the defect items, categorize the defects into enhancement (if any), reporting UAT progress and status update to project manager and client’s project managers & business sponsors and obtain UAT sign-off.
    • Conducting training / hand-holding sessions with users and to guide them to troubleshoot the system to resolve software issues or problems.
    • Provide pre-production assistances prior to Live system roll-out.
  • Communicate and work closely with Software Development Team on problems reported or enhancements needed for the software.
