HuNet Pte. Ltd. – Junior Executive

Responsibility:

• Develop and update project plans for information technology projects, including the assessment of project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications and schedules
• Uses knowledge of customer’s business and industry (by understating their organizational processes and structure) to assess findings and shape solutions for the client's issues
• Facilitates the preparation of project status reports to stakeholders (internal/external) by collecting, analyzing, entering and summarizing the information/data
• Have knowledge of the full Spectrum of all ERP modules and hence can work on complete life cycle of Supply chain ERP System
• Builds solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at Ariba and externally at the client)
• Teamwork
• Monitors and manages project milestones and deliverables and confers with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
•  Serves as a liaison between customer and Aribia internal teams such as Product and Technical Support, Sales, Field Technology, Product Management and Training
•  Assists to refine existing or assists in developing new intellectual property, Assets and methodology, frameworks and tools (eg. questionnaires, presentations, implementation mythology, performance management) based on project experience research and analysis
