Job Summary: A WordPress Developer with a mix of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, etc.) is needed. The Candidate will manage both the back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. The candidate will ensure all work adheres to current industry best practice and work closely with both the Tech Lead to achieve the best possible results in web projects from conception right through to delivery. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.
To work with Tech Lead to build new features, enhance existing features, clean, optimise and test code.

- Understand the Lean Startup and Agile-Scrum methodology
- Design and build scalable REST APIs
- Design, develop and optimize databases
- Develop WordPress-based applications with human-readable commenting
- Translate mock-up designs to code
