· As a Researcher, you will provide market research, profiling prospective candidate shortlists whilst producing candidate analysis in response to time critical mandates.
· You will support with the successful execution of mandates, conducting desktop searches utilizing our comprehensive CRM / candidate database, social media sources and other professional resources.
· An ability to professionally engage with executive level candidates in-directly via web based medias is preferred, developing rapport and credibility with business prospects.
