Job Description

About the Role

Hubbed seeks a detail-oriented legal intern to work alongside the legal and project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organise and compile documentary evidence into chronological exhibits with proper indexing and cross-referencing
  • Review correspondence and agreements to identify key dates, obligations, and evidence supporting legal claims
  • Assist with preparation of witness statement annexes and supporting documentation
  • Maintain evidence tracking systems (Excel-based) and ensure version control
  • Conduct factual research on commercial arbitration procedures and precedents
  • Support preparation of exhibit lists, timelines, and document bundles
  • Administrative coordination with legal counsel

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills is a MUST
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools)
  • Excellent written English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understanding of contract law and commercial disputes (preferred)
  • Comfortable working with sensitive commercial information under strict confidentiality
