Huawei International Pte Ltd – Service Partner Enable Engineer (Intern)

• In this role you will need to proactively communicate effectively and appropriately with internal employees and external partners.

• As Mandarin and English will be heavily used in the day-to-day work, you will need to be fluent in speaking and writing for both languages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Develop and define training strategy, execution framework and learning curriculum to build partner staff proficiency to achieve the best customer experience consistently.

• Hands-on Labs: Organize practical, hands-on exercises and lab sessions to give participants the opportunity to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios and gain practical experience.

• Assessments and Evaluations: Develop assessment tools, quizzes, and exams to gauge the participants' understanding of the material. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback forms and assessments and continuously use the data to improve the training programs.

• Support Learning Initiatives: Provide ongoing support to learners by offering additional resources, mentoring, or follow-up sessions to reinforce their learning experience.

• Training Program Management: Coordinate training schedules, manage training logistics, and ensure all necessary resources and equipment are available for the training sessions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/ Telecommunication Engineering / Electronics & Electrical Engineering or any IT related field.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and meet objectives and deliverables
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Open to Singaporeans and Singapore PRs committed to a minimum 3-month, full-time internship.
