Job Description
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, and appointments, and maintain office calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide support during company events and meetings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior administrative experience (preferred but not required).
