Job Description

In this program, you will...

  • Assist the senior consultants on various HR projects, including:

    1. sourcing for candidates

    2. screening resumes and candidates

    3. scheduling interviews between client and candidate

    4. conducting phone calls and reference checks

  • Conduct detailed research on designated market segments/emerging markets on vested interest to support the specialization activities:

    1. Mapping organization structures of targeted companies

    2. Exploration of needs from targeted companies based on specialization roles

  • Manage and update recruitment database, post and manage open positions

    Other requirements:

  • Students graduating in 2017 or 2018
