About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our Global Product Portfolio Management team. This role involves research, data management, marketing coordination, and analytical tasks to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Literature & Information Research and Data Management:
- Conduct systematic searches on HOYA and competitor products using public sources and scientific literature.
- Perform general eye-related topics literature reviews to support internal projects.
- Input research findings into databases accurately and in a structured manner.
- Congress & Registry Analysis:
- Assist in building congress reports.
- Analyse clinical registry and study data and prepare summaries in a clear format.
- Marketing Support:
- Initiate marketing material changes in the system
- Upload new materials and ensuring the latest versions are maintained in several internal/external systems.
- Sales Support:
- Coordinate local sales/marketing requests for publications, tools, and competitor lens ordering, including invoicing and shipping.
- Support localization of marketing materials for local markets.
Requirements
Skills/Accreditations
- Research and analytical skills with attention to detail is a plus.
- Organized and diligent in tracking and following through on tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Academic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
