Role Overview

We're seeking a motivated Project/Product Management Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in product development and project execution within a fast-growing fintech startup. You'll work closely with our product, engineering, and business teams to drive key initiatives that directly impact homeowners and interior designers across Singapore.

What You'll Do:

Product Management

• Assist in conducting user research with homeowners and interior designers to identify pain points and opportunities

• Help define product requirements and create user stories for new features and enhancements

• Support the product roadmap planning process and track feature delivery timelines

• Conduct competitive analysis and market research within the renovation and fintech space

• Collaborate with designers and engineers to ensure product specifications are clearly understood

• Gather and analyze user feedback from app reviews, customer support tickets, and user interviews

Project Management

• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving engineering, design, operations, and business development teams

• Track project progress, manage timelines, and identify potential blockers

• Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items

• Maintain project documentation and update stakeholders on key milestones

• Support the onboarding process for new interior design firms joining the platform

• Assist in managing partnerships and collaborations with industry stakeholders

Data & Analysis

• Analyze product metrics including user adoption, transaction volumes, and feature usage

• Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs and product performance

• Help prioritize features based on data-driven impact analysis

• Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze results

• Monitor app store ratings and reviews to identify improvement areas

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and presentation software

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Genuine interest in fintech, proptech, product management, or technology

• Customer-centric mindset with empathy for user needs

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion)

• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and familiarity with Figma as a tool

• Knowledge of Singapore's renovation industry or real estate market

• Understanding of escrow services or payment systems
