Our company is seeking to employ a highly motivated Intern to support the Operations team in Singapore

The role requires someone who is capable of quickly gaining an understanding of the business operations at a high level as well as the ability to work in a detailed, analytical and hands-on manner.

Role

•To manage day-to-day operations of Holystic and develop operational process and system in order to better manage operations

•Prepare and propose solution and ideas to support the Operations and Marketing team and ops team, for internal reviews for decision-making and approvals.

•Collaborate and support Operations and marketing / Business Development in setting-up and maintaining internal system to allow for benchmarking, database

•Organise scheduling, agenda and meetings of the operations team

•Interpret financial, statistical and other information and provide value adding analysis in terms of cost, budgets, policies, operations, trends and opportunities to improve business profitability

•Extend to support to the Operations and Marketing team various projects

The role reports to the Director and will work closely with the technicians  team and external partners

Qualifications & Experience

•Excellent MS Excel spreadsheet skills

•Management of people

•Good fluent English is mandatory

•6 months (minimum), based in Singapore
