Key Responsibilities
- Draft and drive internal communication about the development and progress of the company's flagship product
- Research user experience and engagement theories
- Conduct in-person user interviews
- Analyse user responses and present your insights to help set the direction for the app's development
- Help leading internal events and programs to build excitement about the product
Requirements
- Passionate about improving the health and lives of others
- Empathic and quick to understand others' perspectives
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable talking to people and determined to understand their motivation
- Familiarity with basic statistics or data analysis is a plus
