Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre re-launched in 2009 after an extensive multi million dollar renovation of its 324 guest rooms and public areas. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Singapore, we are just minutes away from the Central Business District and shopper's paradise Orchard Road. Apart from the popular Tandoor North Indian restaurant, the hotel also has the newly renovated Window On The Park all day dining restaurant and the lobby lounge. The hotel has function rooms for up to 400 guests, a brand new atrium club lounge among other facilities.
At the moment we're looking for a Guest Services Intern to join our motivated and energetic team at Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre.
As the main contact for the hotel, your day to day responsibilities include answering all internal and external calls and managing all incoming emails. You will also be expected to promote the hotels facilities and associated loyalty programs.
Ideally, you'll have at least 1 year relevant experience in a similar capacity and you have a good command of English language. You’ll have a real passion for delivering great customer service and superior communication skills. You have the flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
