In our apartments, we host millennials from around the world starting their new life in a city. From massive companies such as Facebook, Google, Amazon and Yahoo, to medium sized enterprises and smaller startups, we provide accommodation to this ever more fluid workforce of talent. Our mission does not just end with housing; we focus on creating community by hosting BBQ's, bar crawls, dance lessons, and anything else that brings people together and enables us to lead amazing social lives.
At Hmlet we have customers from many different nations, and engage the services of local contractors and service providers to resolve issues in our apartments. We are looking for a detail oriented person that will help us execute our dynamic operations workflow.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Able to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks
- Good phone skills to schedule service providers
- Able to interact with and understand the needs of customers
- Good record keeping skills
- Familiarity with spreadsheets
Nice to have:
- Conversational Chinese
- Experience with Google Drive and cloud based business solutions
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting
