YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR;
- Provide Sales Administration and Sales Operations Support.
- Provide General Administrative Support
- Represent the sales department to answer to customer's enquiries.
- Prepare sales quotations and sales presentation for the department.
- Handle and process the sales orders on a timely basis, update changes in the orders
- Ensure accurate data is maintained in database and system.
- Manage social media campaigns for the team.
- Provide Billing Support for Customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 0-1 years’ experience in Sales Support and customer service function
- ITE/Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications
- Proven, strong oral communication, confidence in presenting to internal and external clients,
- Exposure to supporting sales teams and willingness to learn.
- Ability to be able to juggle multiple projects and priorities as well as demonstrating real ownership and accountability.
- Works well under pressure and with proven time management and prioritization skills.
