Job Description

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR;

  • Provide Sales Administration and Sales Operations Support. 
  • Provide General Administrative Support 
  • Represent the sales department to answer to customer's enquiries. 
  • Prepare sales quotations and sales presentation for the department.
  • Handle and process the sales orders on a timely basis, update changes in the orders
  • Ensure accurate data is maintained in database and system. 
  • Manage social media campaigns for the team.
  • Provide Billing Support for Customers. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 0-1 years’ experience in Sales Support and customer service function
  • ITE/Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Proven, strong oral communication, confidence in presenting to internal and external clients,
  • Exposure to supporting sales teams and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to be able to juggle multiple projects and priorities as well as demonstrating real ownership and accountability.
  • Works well under pressure and with proven time management and prioritization skills.
