HerLifts is looking for a Business Development & PR Representative, either full time/part time. This role requires someone with some experience in identifying business partners, building long term relationships with partners, customer service, developing loyalty programmes and organising community-based events. We do not expect you to know everything, so come with an open mind and willingness to learn.

As our Business Development & PR Representative, communication and marketing (especially digital) and organisational skills will be critical in keeping customers happy and building long term relationships with business partners.You should also have an interest in the fitness industry, and ideally, be a strength training enthusiast.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top notch customer service & keep customers happy
  • Plan and execute customer loyalty programmes
  • Organise offline, fitness-related events
  • Strategise and seek out long term business partners

A strong candidate will have:

  • A Degree related to marketing or communications for part time / full time position
  • Experience in business development & front-line service
  • Experience in organising community-based events
  • A good understanding of how to keep customers happy
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Strong ability to get things done, work in a fast paced environment, strong willingness to learn & be authentic
  • A passion in strength training (preferred)
