Healing Hands Chiropractic Singapore is at the forefront of promoting health and wellness through innovative events that bridge corporate employees with health and wellness solutions. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Events Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves coordinating health talks, wellness bazaars, and on-site health screenings with corporate clients to ensure each event is executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison with corporate clients, understanding and fulfilling their event requirements to optimize engagement and impact.
• Plan and oversee the logistics of each event, including health talks, wellness bazaars, and health screenings, ensuring objectives are met.
• Manage demographics and attendee numbers to align speakers and vendors with potential sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with an established network of wellness vendors and speakers, including sourcing and vetting new participants to enrich our offerings.
• Handle internal coordination, utilizing tools like Google Calendar and WhatsApp groups to ensure smooth communication and organization among all participants.
• Supervise event day operations, including setup and teardown, ensuring a professional and impactful experience for attendees.

Requirements:

• Keen interest and experience in event management, preferably in the health, wellness, or corporate sector.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective liaison with clients, vendors, and team members.
• A keen interest in health and wellness, with a drive to stay updated on industry trends.
• Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Events location can be anywhere in Singapore, except for Jurong Island.
• Minimum NITEC / DIPLOMA in Sales, Business, Marketing and healthcare related disciplines
