Job Description
The intern will allocate his/her time accordingly to different tasks and gain experience in different scope in the accounts payable.
Scope of work under AP :
- Intercompany
- Assist in intercompany reconciliation
- Intercompany payment (prepare payment listings for treasury to prepare payments)
- Printing & Saving of Invoices
- Rec’d from normal mail / Interco platform / Finance email) & Save in Traffic drive
- Staff Claims
- Process of staff claims
- Media Invoices
- Search invoices and prepare payment listings per ageing for treasury to prepare payment
- House Invoices
- Key in administrative expenses into BCC System
- Prepare the payments listings for treasury to prepare payments
