You will have the opportunity to be a part of the Regional HR team and collaborate with a diverse HR family that supports 16 markets in the Asia Pacific region.
Your primary project will involve building and enhancing our employee value proposition and employer brand.
Internal Communications and Employee Branding
Oversee the consolidation, writing and distribution of our bi-monthly newsletter, Havas Buzz
Assist with planning and promotion of communications events
Creating and designing communication media (e.g., webinars, goal setting): presentation, posters, flyers
Ensure that our job descriptions includes company introduction and values for branding
You will also work on other functions of HR including Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
Talent Acquisition
Assist with recruitment for all APAC positions (screening resumes, contacting candidates and arranging interviews)
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards and career pages
Recruitment cost tracking
HR Operations
Report completion rate of HR processes e.g., compliance trainings and performance reviews for all APAC markets
Assist with the coordination of insurance plan renewals for some countries in the region
Other ad-hoc assignments where necessary
To be successful in this role, you must be an articulate communicator and fluent in English, with a curious mind and the ability to derive insights from data.
Through this experience, you will gain a better understanding of strategic HR initiatives in the advertising industry, talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion efforts, and the importance of effective employee communication.
Qualification & Job Requirements
Major in Marketing/Communications (preferably with HR as a minor); or
Broad range of communication skills evidenced by good writing, good verbal presentation and social media
Excellent team player, who is open to take on new challenges, innovative projects and embraces a proactive approach
Strong problem-solving skills and with desire to excel and eagerness to learn
Familiar with MS Office 365 Suite such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Forms etc.
