RESPONSIBITIES
Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.
Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
Maintain event budgets.
Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.
Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
Facilitate teambuilding programmes for Happy Sparrow
Design and innovate new teambuilding programmes
Understand and study the relevance of different types of teambuilding programmes which are suitable for different events
Experience the running of an event from the pre event preparation, during the event operations and post events follow up.
Grow and learn from an award winning teambuilding family.
Present for a weekly meeting and to be updated on new trends and share ideas on new trends.
Requirements:
Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
Outstanding vendor management skills.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrable and relevant facilitation experience.
Capacity to formulate relevant, memorable curriculums.
Knowledgeable routine assessment and moderation operations.
Ability to drive critical, student-led dialogs about learning material.
Respectful, astute, and accommodating.
