Job Description
- Greet all customers, lead them to the table and present them with the menu
- Serve customers in a friendly, instructive, honest and time efficient manner
- Suggest food to the guest
- Take and confirm order
- Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by immediate superior
- Maintain, clear and reset tables
- Be able to effectively control a section while simultaneously helping others
- Communicate with customer and provide assistance with their queries
- Co-ordinate with co-worker, kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
