GuestReady is a startup in the sharing economy, building on the success of short-term rental companies. It’s mission is to take the hassle out of short-term rentals, any operations that are related to turning over guests and optimize listings to incur a maximum yield for the host are handled by GuestReady. The company is co-founded by seasoned entrepreneurs (some former Ex-Rocket Internet executives) in Europe and Asia.
Responsibilities (non-concluding):
- Source for sale leads and strategic partnership meetings
- Responsible for sale, marketing execution and global admin tasks
- Assist local Managing Director to organize day to day operations to deliver guestready homes in Singapore
○ Source and select partners for housekeeping services
○ Communicate and schedule partners for housekeeping service
○ Responsible for service quality in Singapore
- Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, media and networking events
Expectations:
- Based in Singapore
- Fluent in writing / speaking in English
- Multitasker, organized and able to manage time efficiently
- Dynamic, with an extroverted personality and a proactive attitude
- Detail oriented, strong focus on quality
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Interest in startup and home sharing economy is a plus
