Job Description
- Samples & shoots coordination
- Packing/ unpacking of samples for shoots
- Work with the team on samples availability to support regional shoots
- Magazine monitoring & scanning for corporate update
- Upload editorials and assist in downloading PR materials into PR folder
- Process invoices e.g. DHL, samples for franchisees
- Assist in compiling monthly reports
- Provide general administration and marketing support to the team
