- Answering product and service questions
- process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
Working hours: 8am - 5pm , alternate Saturdays 8am - 2pm
