Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with admin-related matters
- Assist in the day-to-day HR operations and recruitment activities
- Responsible for general office support such as pantry, printers, mails and stationery
- Assist in timely update of data in systems and filing of documents
- Any other HR projects and duties as assigned
- Building and updating target lists for sales, identifying appropriate strategy that will help improve sales
- Constantly challenge and reassess the list of priorities to ensure that Guan Chee is still consistently producing high quality food
- Gathering intelligence on competitors and producing analysis out of that research
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Nitec, GCE ‘A’ levels or Diploma certifications
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Highly pragmatic approach to keep an overview, especially under tight deadlines
- Self-driven with positive attitude to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
