We are looking for a talented office manager, who has the expertise to organise and coordinate administration duties Your role is to ensure high efficiency in our business operations and communication.

What You Will Learn

We are looking for an office manager to join our local team as for an intern or entry-level full-time role. Your primary focus will be to

· Experience working in a startup, and pick up entrepreneurial skills along with the secret to a successful startup

· Learn about the operations of a startup company

· Learn communication skills to explain decisions and thought process

· Consolidate your ability to react in case of thorny or emergency situations

· Have a preview of the organization and the project management in MNCs

· Experience working in a tech company work environment

· Gain a solid basis in different field, working with our marketing expert, our developers, our graphic designer and our video editor.

Our main product is GroupStar. GroupStar has emerged as one of the fastest growing video content creation platforms for Enterprises. Corporations across Asia are using GroupStar to transform the way that they consume and communicate information with colleagues, business partners or customers. This is a new product that involves an iOS and Android mobile platform. That’s why we need you.

Your tasks :

• Always be in contact with the founder and coordinate operation related duties daily
• Provide managerial support in scheduling meetings and appointments
• Follow up with introduction calls and meetings with the customer before a project is secured
• Manage employee onboarding and training to facilitate smooth business operations
• Manage our talented creative team
• Have a lot of fun and get exposed to real MNC projects!
• Have fun within our family-like culture together with other youthful, talented people in the office
