Human Resources Executive (5 Months Contact, May - October 2019)
We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to handle full spectrum of Human Resources administration and operations for full employee life cycle with focus in Singapore and, other Asia countries allocated. Related functions include recruitment and selection, employee on-boarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, insurance administration, application, renewal and cancellation of work pass, etc
Key responsibilities
Payroll & Reporting
- Manage monthly payroll administration for Singapore, Malaysia and overseas headcount
- Manage headcount reporting required for region office (Singapore & other Asia countries) and MOM surveys
HR Admin
- Maintain and update personnel information/files/database;
- Liaise with various departments (Finance and IT etc) for onboarding processes and exit clearance
- Manage HR vendors; including timely processing of payments to vendors
Compensation and Benefits
- Administer insurance enrollment and claims
Recruitment
- Execute recruitment activities to meet business needs, covering the spectrum of sourcing, shortlisting, interviews and selection of candidate.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
Requirements
- Must have payroll administration experience
- Minimum Diploma or relevant Professional Certification
- At least 2 years of HR & Administrative experience in MNC
- Meticulous
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Candidates with experience in HRIS (Success Factor) will be highly preferred but not required
