- Assist in Receipting
- Issue receipt and matching
- Daily receipt reconciliation – ensure all receipts are posted into system
- Bank in cheque deposit slips
- Credit Card Collection
- Verify transaction before submission to merchant
- Reconciliation of credit card settlement against respond files
- Prepare and input related entries
- Giro Collection
- Direct debit authorization (DDA) – manual and iDDA
- Giro batch reconciliation
- Giro batch uploading into internet platform
- Download daily bank statement and debit & credit advice from internet banking
Monthly
Investment and Fixed Deposit
Printing investment reports
Preparation and reconciliation work
Investment and Fixed Deposit related system entries
Head Office Investment reports
Management Reporting
Download Cognos reports
GL recon for other deposits, other debtors, other creditors & etc and follow up the outstanding items
Sub-ledger vs GL recon
MFR supporting documents for CFO
Expense Analysis – analyse variance against last year and budget
Detailed Intermediary Reports for Agents, local brokers, Int’l brokers, direct and Fac Inwards
Head Office reports
Intermediary GST on commission reconciliation
- Prepare and reconcile Statement of Accounts
- Assist in month end close for credit control functions, management reporting and others
Quarterly
- Assist in Audit File preparation
Yearly
- Assist in year-end close, credit control functions, management reporting and others
Other achoc duties:
- Assist CFO, Credit Control Manager, Assistant Managers and Executive on tasks assigned as and when required
- Admin support to Finance Department
- Other admin functions
- Others
The candidate should posess the following:
A Level or Diploma with accounting qualification (e.g. CAT, LCCI, etc.), Fresh Grad or some accounting experience
and/or
O Level with 1-2 years’ experience in accounting with accounting qualification (e.g. CAT, LCCI, etc.).
