Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if Grain is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule one more phone/video call to either deep dive into your resume (Business roles), or for a technical screen (Engineering). Finally, the onsite interview can always work around your schedule's flexibility, but we like to have you meet the team! At the offer stage, you already know the comp & equity range and our benefits! We're looking to find someone who is currently an engineer but wishes to embark on a journey as a Junior Engineering Manager, or even someone who already has a bit of experience in managing an engineering team.
You will be closely working with our head of technology Ernest to figure out priorities and tasking. Your job will also be to communicate and understand the needs of other developers and what roadblocks they need out of their way for them to perform their best.
This job is great for aspiring Junior Engineers that wish to take their career one step further and learn from a highly professional, but also young and super fun foodie team.
