We are seeking an intern with experience in web development to join our young & fun team to build an in-house web application that will assist operations of the company. Candidate will get to apply their programming skills to build innovative solutions that can tackle real life software engineering problems.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Opportunity to design and develop a comprehensive in-house web application that will drive the operational needs of the company, enhancing the quality and efficiency of ongoing projects
  • Design and deploy a clean and user-friendly web interface with React
  • Develop and integrate the backend pipeline using RESTful APIs
  • Outline and implement user testing and integration testing to ensure user-friendliness and functionality of the web application
  • Create, maintain and update documentation related to web application progress
  • Contribute ideas to improve platform development

 

SKILLS /EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field
  • Excellent front-end capabilities: Expertise in React. Good understanding of UX/UI design best practices.
  • Strong understanding of APIs: Experience in developing RESTful APIs for seamless integration
  • Familiarity with back-end pipelines: Proficient with Python
