Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure SAP transactions have been duly processed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate information in the SAP system for all inbound and outbound shipments
  • Ensure inventory adjustments for over and under- shipments are processed.
  • Monitor and ensure the SAP system inventory tallies with depots’ stock card.
  • Co-ordinate, collate and reconcile the quarterly stock counts data conducted by depots under assigned region.
  • Monitor all system transactions are completed within 7 days.
  • Collate and prepare weekly stock reports for HQ Global Inventory.
  • Management of daily mail
  • Providing support to the subsidiaries, when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Computer literacy – Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Outlook and etc.
  • Knowledge in SAP will be advantage
  • Good communication skills and preferably conversant in Chinese.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet time frames.
  • Able to work under pressure with short lead time.
  • Minimum (3) months of internship
