Digital Marketer Social Media Intern :

Digital Marketer must have passion and interest to work on social medias : growth likes, reach, engagement, leads, and sales such as Facebook, Blogpost, Instagram SEM, PPC , Google+, Youtube/Video Marketing, etc.

• Your Day-to-day activities includes:
• Curate relevant content to reach the company’s idea’s for customers.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).
• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
• Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.
• Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
• Oversee design (ie: Facebook/U Tube Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).
• Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
• Compile ecommerce monthly sales report for management showing results (ROI)
• Capable of developing and dealing with Ecommerce strategies, process, back-end technology and best practice
• Experience in calculating customer lifetime value and Ecommerce sales traffic analyzing its effect on overall company performance
• Knowledge with bloggers' review and use paraphrase in Google Adwords, Facebook and Shopify;
• Manage SEM and PCC marketing strategy and budgeting
• Proficient knowledge using Q10, Shopify and Amazon sites building, keyword research for new products
• Proficient knowledge of how the main major search engines rank results
• Creative copywriting for blog, Facebook, effective advertising promotions text creative mire likes and traffic
• Coordinate with Seo agency,  IT developers to ensure that Facebook, Google advertising reach maximum clicks and reach, websites are designed to be Seo search engine friendly.
• Facilitates in implementing marketing strategies that will help to increase sites traffic

Pre-requites:

• 1-2 years experience in the management of multiple social medias development projects, graduates who has relevant internship will be consider for the job interview
• Understanding of marketing and e-commerce principles
• Able to handle multiple tasks, organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently and effectively under deadlines
• Digital Marketing technology and Team-spirit oriented
• Effective interpersonal and written communications skills o Ability to work independently within a team
• Work confidently with in-house teams, business units, internal  companies and agencies
• A quick learner, able to grasp new concepts, understand requirements and translate knowledge into practical ability
• Able to follow procedure, manage workload, prioritise and produce high quality results
• Able to translate Mandarin and speak to Chinese speaking customers
• Have a strong eye for detail and an vision for the company business growth
