Internship from mid January - April or February - May - we need 2-3 candidates
1) Admin customer services for ecommerce and road shows :-
- customer complaints
- investigate and recommend corrective action
- meet up with the customer
- Attend to walk in customer for servicing of products
- updating of /SOP guidelines for ecommerce and check on competitors price
2) Plan weekly event/road show for products launch
- Plan logistics for events (venue, stocks and display products)
- check on staff roaster for events
- Attend road show and event ecommerce
Daily stock checks and dispatch of ecommerce products.
- Must be able to converse Mandarin for Chinese speaking customers.
- Relevant sales and promoters experience will be an advantage.
Working time : 11.00am -8.00pm (Wednesday - Sunday) or 11.00 am- 8.00 pm (Monday – Friday) (Rotating shift required)
Five days work and overtime for one extra working day.
Salary Range : $$700-$800 per month
