eCommerce & Marketing Intern (Immediate)
* Duration: 3–6 months (Full-time / Part-time)
* Location: 81 Aljunied Road #06-01 S+6III Singapore 389823 (Hybrid / Office)
What You’ll Do
Ecommerce Operations
- Assist with daily order processing, packing, and coordination with logistics partners.
- Help update product listings and images across our website and marketplaces (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee,).
- Track inventory and assist with stock management.
- Provide basic customer support via email, chat, and social media.
Marketing & Social Media
- Support content creation (photos, videos, stories, captions) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Schedule and post content to keep our social channels active and engaging.
- Help with influencer outreach and partnerships.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, product launches, and newsletters.
Website & Brand Support
- Update website banners and product info using Shopify.
- Assist in analysing marketing and sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in brand shoots, showroom setup, and events where needed.
Who You Are
- A student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Design, or related fields.
- Passionate about fashion, design, and ecommerce.
- Creative, organised, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Shopify, Meta Business Suite, or willing to learn fast.
- Strong writing and visual sense — you understand what makes content scroll-stopping.
- A positive team player who loves learning and takes initiative.
