Job Description
- Clerical receptionist duties such as filing, scanning, uploading and renaming of documents
- Booking of meeting rooms and attending to clients arriving for meetings
- Maintain clean reception area and meeting
- Serving drinks and directing client to meeting rooms before informing FA
- Ordering and monitoring of office supplies
- Coordinating all other front desk activities
- Receiving mails & arranging for couriers daily
- Provide administrative support to accounting
- General data entry duties
Minimum Qualification
- Minimum 2 year related experience as receptionist/administrative
- Must be computer literate, proficient in Excel
- Have good communication and customer service skills
