Exclusively for Local Graduates, Morgan McKinley is working with a leading banking group to look for a batch of strong banking Graduates.

Currently, there is a shortage of qualified and skilled candidates in the collateral functions in Singapore. Therefore, potential candidates have the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive 2 weeks training course on collateral, and how banking systems works.

This role will be an initial 12 months contract, subjected to extension or conversion to permanent based on performance.

You will be covering these aspects of work:

  • Investment banking purpose, products and structure.
  • Daily process of collateral team and process.
  • Regulatory impact on banks in general and specifically the new margin reform rules.
  • Scenario training on potential issues and challenges in the collateral space.
  • Risk Management within banking environment.
Job Description

In order to be considered, the candidate MUST possess the followings:

  • Bachelors' degree from leading university, with at least second upper class honors.
  • ONLY degree related to Banking and Finance will be considered.
  • Internship or past working experience in Banking will be a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Candidates will local knowledge will be advantageous.
