Responsibilities:

Design - Artwork, Editing & Layout

• Posters (Event Posters, Promotion Posters, Awardee Poster, etc.)
• Quarterly Market Update Newsletter
• Monthly Newsletter for Internal Circulation
• Minor Designs for Event Usage (Tickets, Coupons, etc.)
• Promotional Brochures / Flyers (Event Usage, for Agents’ Usage, Special Request, etc)
• Banners / Backdrops (RoadShow Banners, Roll Up Stand Backdrop)
• Editing Photos (Event Photos & Agent Professional Profile Photo)

Manage Company's Corporate Domains

• Create Website and Email Accounts for New Realtors
• Upload Necessary Information for Realtors' Reference
• Update Corporate Social Media (Facebook)
• Simple Website & Domain Management
• Email Accounts Management via Backend Domain
• Drafting & Broadcasting
• Email Drafting and Broadcasting
• What’sApp Drafting and Broadcasting
• Record Monthly Meeting Minutes
• Regional Newsletter (Market Update) Creation

Marketing and Communication

• Coordinating and organizing monthly company events and training sessions
• Coordinating and organizing annual business conference and annual dinner
• Point of contact and liaise with vendors/ service provider

Assist Manager (s)

Other ad-hoc duties including administrative work

• Form Creation for Agent Usage
• Google Form /Spreadsheet Basic Knowledge
• Drafting of formal email/text/letter/forms for Manager

Must Be:

Requirements:

• IT Savvy, Must be proficient in Photoshop
• Good Written English is a MUST
• Meticulous, Well-Organised, Responsible & Mature Personality
• Able to Communicate Well in Both English & Mandarin
• 5 days work
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Required language(s): English
• No work experience required
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop,  Adobe Illustrator, Google Drive and Basic HTML Knowledge (No need to do coding).
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Marketing/Business Development/Design or equivalent
