In Glance Clock, I believe that there is a lot of space to improve the interaction between a person and the growing amount of information around him. And I sincerely believe that being present and open to the world and people around is natural while always looking down to a phone screen improperly.
To address the problem of phone addiction and information overload, we created the Glance Clock - a beautifully designed wall clock that notifies a user about things he aware, all at the right moment.
We have thousands of user's who is waiting to get Glance Clock and experience it. And I'm looking for you, who can help us to serve them better and answer their questions.
I'm looking for a Marketing Intern who will be working to support customers with their questions and possible Glance Clock issues. Also creating the useful marketing content such as FAQ and social media posts. Working and reporting directly to me and the company COO.
The responsibilities are included but not limited by:
- Customers support via email, Social pages, Chat
- Creating a knowledge database of issues and problems that customers are facing
- Updating FAQ section
- Writing posts explaining Glance Clock functions
