GK Global Pte Ltd – eCommerce Intern / Part Timer / Permanent

• Manage the day-to-day running of the company’s eCommerce platform 
• Manage the day-to-day running of the company’s postings on other platforms like Shopee, Lazada and Carousell 
• Order processing, picking and packing of daily orders across all eCommerce platforms 
• Respond to eCommerce customers’ inquiries and concerns 
• Manage eCommerce customers’ reviews and comments through social media
• Assist in ad-hoc admin and operational work

Requirements 

• Currently pursuing or already attained an ITE/diploma in eCommerce related qualifications or keen to learn
• Good computer skills 
• An eye for details and meticulous 
• Fluent in English 
• Have a sense of urgency to work independently, self discipline with minimum supervision required 
• Able to commit minimum of 6 months (5 days per week)
